Very happy with the work that was done at Precision Auto. My vehicle had to be towed there from a highway rest stop. My insurance called a towing service and my vehicle was taken there. From the time I arrived Jeff Henning was very helpful. He was able to look at my vehicle and say that it was fixable. I left the vehicle there while waiting for the insurance company to contact him. He said that if the insurance company would approve the fix, they could have it finished in about four weeks. We live about 3 hours away and had to leave it there. Jeff remained in contact with us and we were able to communicate what needed to move the process along. When my vehicle was finished, Jeff called and we were able to pick it up. It's as important to STOP as it is to GO, and Precision makes that happen. I needed brakes replaced & didn't hesitate to take my car to Precision. They did an excellent, timely job & I'm very pleased with their work. I've had body work done there as well, with excellent results. So glad I began coming to Precision. I needed some body work done and it was done beautifully! The paint color was spot on, and my bumper looked brand new again. I've also had mechanical work done; oil changes and new tires, etc. I've never been disappointed or had a concern with their work, whether body work or mechanical work. There is great value in an HONEST mechanic shop, and I've found the right place. Everyone shops around, but you don't have to.

I called during a snowstorm to ask about towing our Suburban. They were able to pick it up the next morning even though it wasn't in the best location to get at. I knew is was some sort of transmission issue and figured it would be about a week before they would get back to me. Instead, I was called two days later and told that it was ready to be picked up. I was absolutely surprised!

I love the job they did and the bodywork looks perfect. There was a white mark on it but I believe that was from another car that they were unable to get off when they polished my door. Ron is a great mechanic!! Had my oil changed and the seal was bad, oil leaked on my driveway. Ron was able to get my van back in, fix the problem. Plus he gave me some oil dry too.

My car broke down on Rte 41. I was 3 and half hours from home. Found number of precision online. Called and asked if I could be towed and if they do service there as well. Thought it was my battery or alternator. They towed me and after looking at the car I needed an alternator but wouldn't be able to get part until next day. They told me there was a nice hotel in town that they could drive me to and pick me up after car fixed. Went to hotel. Got a call at 9 a.m next morning that car was already done and they'd come get me! Everyone there was so very nice and accommodating and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place
